Business Development Sales Executive

The role:

Are you looking for a fantastic Field based Sales opportunity working one of the region’s most popular media organisations? Working across a group of 8 local radio stations you will be representing our client promoting advertising to local businesses and organisations and ensuring that the monthly local airtime and sponsorship targets are achieved.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source new business leads and generate appointments to visit with clients across the region.
  • Introduce radio, web and print advertising and the commercial benefits associated with working with a key media channels
  • Ensuring individual monthly airtime targets are achieved
  • Help towards the monthly overall Team airtime targets
  • Contribute to the monthly sponsorship target
  • Work effectively as part of the wider Commercial Team
  • Ensure all internal sales processes work smoothly.

Our client is heading in to an exciting new chapter with growth plans throughout the region in 2018 and beyond. As part of this they are looking to appoint additional Business Development Sales Executives to promote our client’s products and services across the region.

The team:

Our client has developed a small, close knit team and as such they are looking for someone with a team mentality who is able to work well independently but always has the bigger picture in mind.

The location:

Located in modern purpose-built location on the outskirts of Doncaster, free parking is available. Due to the Field based nature of this role a full UK/EU driving license is essential.

  • £18,000 - £25,000 + commission structure + company vehicle.
